SIC Transfer Remarks :
Representatives will be at the arrival hall with name plate of the guests and will wait for a maximum of one and a half hr only.
SIC Transfers departs on every 30-45 minutes to respective areas allocated to the driver. There may be 10-12 drops depending upon the number of passengers in the same areas and drop offs will as per the schedule given to the driver.
There will be no change in the schedule of drop offs, in case clients request on the same. It would be suggestible to upgrade the clients who need exclusive transfers to Private services as per the supplements provided separately.

Child Policy : Child rates apply for child U/12 yrs of age sharing room with parents.

Important Note for Dubai Visas :
1)   Dubai Visa Fees once applied is non refundable, non cancelable and non transferable. In the event of any cancellations, the visa fees will be forfeited.
2)   All Visas applied through us need to be guaranteed for processing.
3)   The Dubai Immigration Authorities have the sole right to issue or refuse a Visa application without any reason
4)   If a passenger does not exit the country within the validity of the Visa (i.e 30 days or 14 days) he or she will be considered as 'Overstay'
5)   All passports submitted for Visa Application purposes should have a minimum validity of 6 months.
6)   Children traveling with Grand parents or other relatives (without their parents) chances of getting visas processed will be very low and the Visa issuance will be at the discretion of Visa Issuing Authority
7)   Single women traveling alone will not be granted a Visa to UAE unless accompanied by husband or parents (last name should be the same).
8)   It is also understood that the issuance of any Visa by the Immigration Authorities does not amount to the passenger being allowed to enter the Country
9)   Friday and Saturday are considered as the weekend and all immigration departments are closed. No visas will be processed on these days.
10)  All Tourist Visas are valid for a single entry only and no multiple entry Visas are possible.

Kindly be informed that now onwards we do not have an option for Urgent Visa and the UAE visa will take 5-7 working days.
